Everybody loves a quick, inexpensive lunch. It’s even better if your inexpensive lunch comes with a coupon. If you’re in the middle of a tough work day, it’s the little things that count when it’s time for your midday meal, so it’s totally cool to have coupons delivered to your phone every couple days when you’ve got a hankering for convenience food. If you subscribe to your favorite fast food restaurant’s text message coupon service, then you don’t even have to go looking for coupons. Minimal effort, maximum savings.
I subscribed to Arby’s text messaging service this week and it was super easy. Just visit the Arby’s “Deals” page and fill out your info (make sure you click the teeny tiny box that says “I would like to receive mobile offers.”) I was pretty excited to see that I could get a free roast beef sandwich with the purchase of a drink, just for signing up. I got a text message coupon right away, but I guess I missed the sandwich deal, because my coupon is for a free small Dr. Pepper with any sandwich purchase.
I’ll take it! There really is no limit to how many times you can use these coupons (there is no bar code or offer code; just show your phone to your cashier) so if you eat at Arby’s a lot, you can rack up quite a bit of savings over time. Each coupon is good for about four days, and you’ll get multiple coupons for different menu items each week, so you’ll ultimately get some good variety with your meal deals.
