It’s an extremely exciting day at SnipSnap. SnipSnap 2.0 went LIVE in the app store this morning. And the new version is already getting lots of love. The world of mobile couponing just got faster, better and friendlier, because now you can follow your friends on SnipSnap. That’s right: SnipSnap 2.0 is social.
I’m here to make sure your transition to 2.0 is the best experience possible, so I’ll be breaking down some of SnipSnap’s new features and answering some FAQs.
Today’s Tip: YES! When you upgrade to SnipSnap 2.0, your old coupons from the old SnipSnap will survive.
I know, I know; I’m completely the same way. I’m always afraid to upgrade my favorite apps because, let’s face it, I’m entirely too dependent on them and I’d be an emotional mess if I lost any of my data. The great news is that, after a brief stint in app-updating limbo, my hundreds of coupons were resurrected in SnipSnap 2.0.
Even though you’ll be asked to sign up with a new SnipSnap social profile, any coupons you snipped on your phone with the old version of the app will be brought back to life.
